Create end-to-end solution

Built on top of Sumara's Web3 protocol. End-to-end suolution to support:

FX

  • Instant transfers and payouts

  • Local virtual account and domestic payouts

  • FX >1% cheaper than most frequently used competitor

KYC, KYB & AML

  • Instantly KYC all stakeholders in deal flow in >80% of legitimate cases. Remainder to be DD'ed within 1hr

Credit

  • Instant and permissionless credit

Design for trust

Metrics:

  • Immediately acceptable to >80% of suppliers in at least one relevant corridor

  • Deemed as highly trustworthy by importers

Secure licensing

Appropriate licensing in place by EOY '24

Create brand

Build a brand with a personal face that builds connection and empathy with developing market entrepreneurs in at least one relevant corridor. Metric:

  • Scored in the top quartile of relevant competitors measured by brand loyalty, trust and reliability, and emotional connection.
