Proof of concept

The Alpha version of the full product will developed with two pilot customers:

1. Dubai-based gold broker, imports gold from Kenya

2. Thailand-based furniture manufacturer, imports wood from Vietnam

These markets have been chosen due to ease of launching in Alpha, Ian’s existing connections, and likely future applicability. Full distribution and market selection strategy is described here.

Sumara will use the Alpha product to work closely with these customers to fully understand the end-to-end transaction flow and needs of customers, and rapidly iterate and optimise the product.
