Initial team

The likelihood of success of Sumara will be directly linked to the calibre of people we can attract.

Sumara’s focus will be on creating a small central team of the highest calibre individuals. Giving them direction and guardrails, and then letting them do their best work uninhibited.

At Seed stage the initial team will be:

• 1 senior full stack developer

• 1 junior developer

• 1 operations and compliance specialist

• 1 UX designer

• 1 digital marketer

Individuals have been identified for most of these roles already.

Accounting, legal, HR and payroll are outsourced.

Ian is directly handle sales, regulatory aspects, stakeholder and partner management in early stages.
